So what exactly did you do? Team > Share Project? Is that it?

Sharing a Project doesn't really do anything to alter the project, so
I do not have any immediate ideas. Selecting your projects,
right-clicking and choosing Refresh is always worth trying, as is
doing a Clean of all projects.
