What do you mean when you say it is not accessible within Eclipse? It
could be a proxy problem. If you use a proxy you need to configure
Eclipse to use it. You could also download the zipped version of the
update site from our home page using your browser. Then point Eclipse
install at the zipped archive.

Finally, be sure to get the right version based on your Eclipse
version. If you are using Eclipse 3.2 or 3.3 you should be using
Subclipse 1.2.3.
