Gosh no.

Most people that use Eclipse just download it from eclipse.org. This
is a ready-to-run package provided that you have a JVM installed. The
Subclipse home page has the URL's and instructions for installing
Subclipse within Eclipse once you have it installed. You just enter
our URL into the Eclipse install/update UI and it downloads and
installs our code.
