If you do not even see Share Project that likely means it is already
shared. If you imported this project that would be normal as
Subclipse has auto-shared projects on Import since Eclipse 3.1.

Also, the Share Project option comes from Eclipse not any specific
Team Provider. So if it does not show up AND the project is not
already shared, you need to file a bug with Eclipse.
