[Subclipse-users] compare with same repository on another URL

Hi,

I'm using subclipse 1.2.1 with Eclipse 3.2.2.

I'm trying to compare my working set by calling "Compare with/Branch
Tag" with a replicated repository, holding the same data at another
repository URL.

I receive an empty error window showing no message, just the red error
sign. I didn't find a log showing extra informations.

Is it possible to compare with a repository on another server (same
content)? svn diff can do that.

Is there a way to turn on debugging in subclipse?

Background: Because of network performance we are trying to set up a
read/write master svn server with replication to readonly slave svn
servers on different locations. Our repository is grown in the last
years so the compare with the master svn server took hours. We work a
lot with branches so we often have to merge/compare. The idea is to
check out from the master and commit to the master but compare to a near
slave who has the same data. The compare with the slave is not working
as described above.

Tanks in advance
Alex
