Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply.

You are correct that subclipse works correctly.
The culprit is IBM's WMB toolkit.

The scenario in which the problem arises is when
locking or unlocking a file which has the NEEDS-LOCK
subversion property.
 
When getting a lock, the file decoration remains
unchanged, even though the properties page tells us that
the file is no longer read-only, and the Properties-Subversion
page has been updated with the owner of the lock.

Moreover, Windows/Tortoise has updated the proper file
decoration, even though the change was made in the Eclipse
environment...
