Subclipse is not involved in the process of setting auto-props on files.
That is all handled internally by Subversion. I am glad you sent this
message though, because it confirms for me once and for all a related
problem we have been seeing and that is that Subversion via JavaHL is not
processing config information that it loaded in the registry on Windows. I
will take that up with the developers of Subversion.

You should be able to work around your problem by putting your configuration
information in the config file located in %APPDATA%\Subversion. Subversion
does process those files OK.
