Was it working before? You might have been using SVNKit (formerly called
JavaSVN) and got switched to JavaHL when the upgrade happened. You can
change this in the preferences under Team -> SVN.

JavaHL will work with SSH, but it involves configuring the Subversion
settings in the %APPDATA%\Subversion folder manually, You need a graphical
SSH client like TortoisePlink as well, With SVNKit, it is all done more
automatically.
