[Subclipse-users] Red circle with negative symbol???

Hello,

For some reason some of my files have a red circle with a white negative
symbol. I have included an image from a screenshot I took of the symbol and
I'm wondering how do I fix whatever is wrong with those files so I can
continue to sync them up with my repository?
