I use svn+ssh, which stores it's cached credentials under:

   [...]/eclipse/configuration/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.keyring

You could try removing the keyring file and trying again (but, as I
said, I'm svn+ssh:// not just svn:// so YMMV)
