It is a bug in Subversion's JavaHL. If you use the command line client and
run some command which asks for your credentials, and then allow it to cache
them, then JavaHL will be all set.

This is fixed in Subversion 1.4.3 which should be released real soon. We
will be doing a new Subclipse release soon after.
