I would not be at all surprised if this is an Eclipse bug. I used to see
this problem all the time when I used Eclipse 3.0 and I never see it in the
3.2 version any more.

Checking out projects - When I check out a project, I don't get all the

Are you using SVNKit or JavaHL? If you really did not get all of the files
it would HAVE to be a problem in the adapter. Subclipse does the equivalent
of running the svn co command. We do not control what files comes down from
the repository.

Update Directories - Sometimes with sync from Repository, I see directories

This is a feature. I'll be blogging about it soon since it has come up and
been answered a lot on this list and I need something to link to. Until
then, if you search the archives for "Show Out of Date Folders" you should
get some hits to the previous times I've explained it.
