I am trying to use the svn cat task and I am getting the error can't get
the content of the specified file, yet when I run svn cat command line,
it works fine. I am using javahl here is the task

<cat
url="http://devwinesbl1/svn/lisa/CPC/config/tags/CPC-SAb2/PermissionItem

</svn>
