Right after I sent this it occurred to me that you would also have a
problem if this repository was created with Subversion 1.4 (or Tortoise
1.4). Subclipse 1.0.3 is using JavaHL 1.3.2 which cannot talk to a 1.4
repository via the file:// protocol.
If RadRails is using eclipse 3.2, then you can install Subclipse 1.1.8
which uses SVN 1.4. Or you can manually update the SVN DLL's in the
JavaHL plugin with the SVN 1.4.2 DLL's from tigris.org.
Subclipse 1.0.4 will be out in a couple of weeks and will include SVN
1.4.2.
