No, I disagree.

As I understand it, you can use an older client against 1.4 *until* you use
a newer, version 1.4 client, at which point the .svn/entries file format in
the sandbox is changed to the newer, non-xml version.

We did not change platform or anything else, we just upgraded to Subversion
1.4 on the server, then applied the command line client to the sandbox, and
that was enough to break subclipse.

At this time, I can get the svnant-1.1.0-RC2 task to start an svn update on
the sandbox, but it has java heap space issues.
