The issue is not finding the JAR, it does that just fine. The JAR uses
JNI to load the Subversion libraries, that is what cannot be found. You
need to update to at least the 1.3.x version of Subversion as well. We
have some tips in our FAQ for getting the library to be discovered once
you have it installed.
