I honestly do not give a shit one way or the other as I would not have it
activated either way. No matter what we do with this people are going to
bitch so using CVS as our model at least gives us a layer of defense.

I can say with 100% certainty if CVS had all of these things on the
toolbar that we would too. I would love to know if they put any thought
into it, like a usability study. I'd also love to know if they put any
thought into which of their Team menu actions are worthy of icons and
which ones are not.
