Did your Subversion get reset to a different version as part of the
upgrade? It looks like the problem might be in some of the initialization
code that has changed from 1.2 to 1.3 to 1.4. If you are on Subclipse
1.1.7+ (which you should be) you should probably be using Subversion 1.4.

Did you try running the JavaHL test suite from Subversion?
