Because that is the only action we have enabled for the toolbar. The
point is that ideally, I would like to enable every action for the
toolbar, but the Eclipse UI should then allow you to check/uncheck the
ones you want, but it doesn't do that. You either show all the ones we
enabled, or none. I think if we enabled 5 or 6 options that people that
want the SVN menu, but not the toolbar buttons would object. They did
when we had just the 3.
