The page I referenced kind of explains why. Until this reaches the 1.2.0
status it is kind of a beta/developer build. Of course the reality is
that it has a lot of fixes that 1.0.x doesn't, so in general it is more
stable. But there is still possibility of unexpected new problems
creeping in. Once 1.2.0 is out, I will update the install intructions and
also put a version of it on the 1.0.x update site so that people can get
it via automatic update checks.
