You get that decorator if you have modified resources, but also if you
have unversioned resources. There could also be property changes on the
folder itself.

You are also running a very old version of Subclipse (1.0.0). There is a
1.0.3 release, but since you are using Eclipse 3.2, you should be using
Subclipse 1.1.7. See this page:
