[Subclipse-users] add resources to svn:ignore of an subdirectory

I would like to add not a whole directory but a subset of this directory
to svn:ignore.

But I achieve adding only files and directories of the very top
directory level to svn:ignore. When I try to do this with a resource of
a subdirectory, I find the 'Team->add to svn:ignore'-Menuitem disabled.
And when I manually add the svn:ignore-Property to the subdirectory, it
takes no effect and the concerning resources are NOT ignored by the next
commit.

I remember in CVS this wasn't an issue.

Does anybody has a hint?

Thank you very much in advance.
