All I can think of is to try resizing the dialog, resizing the sections
etc. See if something lets it adjust. The column with the checkbox is
normally not even resizable.

You could also try deleting this file from your workspace:

.metadata\.plugins\org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.ui\dialog_settings.xml

I assume the settings are stored in there.
