OK, thanks. I will see if I can recreate.

Doing some initial testing I see that I did improve the Import project
process so that it creates the repository locations using the root URL.
You must have started with an older version where we did not have that. Or
perhaps your project was checked out with a pre SVN 1.3 command line.
Anyway, since the Import did this, I'll have to manually create the longer
URL to test the compare problem.

Also, when I brought up the connection properties dialog, I see that
refactoring history page. I have no idea why that is there, but I bet
that explains why you get that exception logged. I am sure when I figure
out how to get rid if that refactoring history page, that problem will go
away.
