I think I'm a step closer - it happens to me on a project that I checked out with command line and
thus got the full repository URL (https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/dcplusplus/dcplusplus/trunk/
instead of just https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/dcplusplus/) in the "SVN Repository" view. On
another project which is linked to a repository which has the base URL
(https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/adchpp whereas the project resides in
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/adchpp/adchpp/trunk/) in the "SVN repositories" and is then
checked out as a subdirectory of this URL I can compare without problems.
