Re: [Subclipse-users] Projects not staying under version control

Hey Mark,

Thanks for the reply. I am not having any luck finding a clear cut way to switch Subclipse to use JavaHl instead of JavaSvn. I am getting failed to load JavaHL library when I select the JavaHL interface.

Is there any how to's you might know of on how to do this on a linux (fedora) box?

I installed subversion 1.4 and the javahl along with it. I now have my svn-javahl.jar, which I put in my lib. path. I also unpacked the org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core_1.1.6.jar and added this svn-javahl.jar to the lib directory.

Thanks,
Billy

Correct, JavaSVN does not support the new Subversion 1.4 working copy
format. You need to get the JavaHL 1.4 libraries for your system and
switch Subclipse to use JavaHL instead of JavaSVN. Or downgrade your
Subversion binaries to 1.3.2.
