[Subclipse-users] Possible subclipse ehancement

From: Dave Jenkins <n1mxv_at_hotmail.com>

Good afternoon.

Currently when you Copy/Branch/Tag off a line in Subclipse it creates the new branch and then (as it clearly states) you have to manually switch to that new branch if that was what you wanted.

It would be rather convenient if, when you branch off like that (perhaps only at the top level?), you had the options to automatically add the new branch as a new Eclipse project in the current workspace (or maybe a new or selected workspace) and have it inherit all the relevant options for build path inclusions/exclusions, libraries, output folder, referenced projects, and such.

Thoughts?

Thanks for your time,

Dave Jenkins
