No, this is a new feature of JavaSVN that lets you specify the username to
use on svn+ssh commits (as opposed to the username of the SSH connection).
We do not currently have a custom dialog for this, so JavaSVN is reusing
the username and password dialog. In this case, anything you type into
the password will be ignored.
We will have a different UI for this in the future.
