I think I just committed a fix. It looks like it could happen if the new
folder was originally added to version control because one if its child
folders was the first thing moved. If a file move causes the folder to be
created it works OK. When a folder was moved and the parent folder needed
to be added to Subversion, then the status was not being refreshed
immediately. When a file is moved and the parent folder is added, the
status was being refreshed. So it is the same fix I made before, I just
missed a place that needed it.
