[Subclipse-users] https:// URI fails with PROPGET error

I'm using a URI of the form:

  https://USER@HOST/svn/project

The pure java library returns an error

    svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/project'
svn: SSLv3

I'm unable to get the HL library to link (svn 1.3.2), so I don't know
if that would work.
