One more question: I've got a special setup of how all my views &
perspectives are, and I want to be able to have every developer start with
that setting, so as to maximize my ability to teach them the system. I've
determined this lives somewhere in the ~/workspace/.metadata/.settings/
directory, but I haven't narrowed it any further... I'll work on it more
tomorrow, but I'm hoping somebody can just *tell* me. :)
