This is a new feature of JavaSVN actually. After you've entered SSH
credentials (user name, password or private key, port, etc), JavaSVN prompts
user for the username that will be used to make Subversion commits (it may
differ from SSH login). Password is ignored in that dialog if entered, only
username is used, and I think we will collaborate with Mark to make
Subclipse display more self-explaining dialog not to confuse users.
