Thanks for your quick response :)

According to Eclipse, I'm using subclipse 1.0.2. I think I remember seeing
it on the Callisto update site, but I cannot remember if I succeeded
installing it from there or from another place.

If you do figure out where this exception might be coming from, a log
message instead of a dialog for the exception would be great.

What version of Subclipse are you using? We have a specific version for
Eclipse 3.2:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/callisto.html

I will try debugging the problem to see if I see anything. I noticed if I
selected the "src" folder and took the option it worked OK.
