  Thanks for your reply.

Yes, we use proxy server. And you've suggested, I also
tried using SSL variant connection "https://" but I am
still unable to access the repository from the tools
"TortoiseSVN and Subclipse" on the client machines. In
the TortoiseSVN server settings, I even mentioned
about the server and the port number. But it was of no
use.

Any other alternatives you can suggest me in getting
the Subversion (TortoiseSVN or Subclipse) work on the
client machines. Thanks.
