Hello Subbus,

I think Subversion couldn't expand commit comment (and this could be
dangerous as some comment could break java file), but there is "keywords"
mechanism in Subversion that you may explore. Read more on it at
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.advanced.props.html#svn.advanced.

Subject: [Subclipse-users] doubt in Subversion

Hi

This is Subbus from Wipro Techonologies. I personally download subversion
and I installed my system. I try to explore your tool myself with my sample
project.
I incorporated the subversion to my eclipse editor with help of subeclipse.
Everything is working correct and I'm happy to work with it.

But I have one doubt, while committing the code to our subversion
repository, I'm giving the comments about the commits. I didn't get the
history (log) details while update the same code again. It supposed to be
come automatically once commit is done, right ?.

So I like to get the history details and revision details in my java file
automatically. I know for that we need to give some tag (variables) in code
formatter.
I gave &&{Log}&& for CVS and Win CVS. I struggling with get the exact tag
for history (log) details and revision details in subversion. So please
help me to come out the issue.

Thanks
Subbus
