The reason we do not allow a username or password is because the
credentials caching and management is handled by the adapter, outside of
our control. When we allowed this information to be entered in Subclipse
in the past it just led to problems when it would get out of synch with
what the adapter was storing. So we decided to just not allow you to
enter it anywhere and let the adapter manage it completely.
