Not really. For a project you can only compare with a url/rev pair. This
will show all the differences though. Not just the ones for a specific
revision.

The History view for a project shows all of the changesets, and for any
given changeset you can take an option produce a unified diff. Viewed in
some diff viewers it might look similar.

This history view for a specific file would let you see the changes from a
specific revision.
