Ok, so the next obvious question is then: What are people here thinking
about this?

Moving Subclipse inside Eclipse (like CVS) would get the attention of
more developers but would also put more stress (deadlines, etc) on the
existing ones.

Comments?

I also just saw https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=142875
which contains a path for Mylar to create Change Sets for Subclipse. So
does that mean it's already happening?
