That is a relief (for me). I am sure Alex will get in touch with what you
can do to provide him with info. There is info here on how to turn on
logging and he has posted the same info several times here in the past:

Speaking of which, you did not perhaps turn this on in the past to solve a
problem and forget to turn it off?

I would think any information you can gather about the OS and version of
SVN and SSH that is running on the server could help too.
