It would be good if you could get JavaHL to work as that would help
pinpoint if the problem is in Subclipse or JavaSVN. It could just as
easily be Subclipse.
If you cannot, then I think that JavaSVN includes a shell script that
mimics the svn command line. They use this so they can run the Subversion
python tests to test JavaSVN. Alex can fill in the details. Anyway,
since you have already checked out and built JavaSVN you might be able to
use this tool to test JavaSVN from the command line and take
Eclipse/Subclipse out of the equation.
