Isn't the "Switch" command the only way to do this? I
added a tag.

I did do some moving back and forth between the Java
and Repository Browsing perspectives in Eclipse, but I
didn't switch to the tags/ dir.

I tried to use "Switch" to get back to the trunk but
it failed due to some synchronization issue. After
closing and re-opening Eclipse my project eventually
got back to the trunk (not sure how). I did another
tag with no problems.

Strange.
