[Subclipse-users] Update resetting workspace.

Hi all,
I'm seeing some strange behavior whenever I update the subclipse plugin.
Whenever I update, my workspace get's completely reset in terms of Look and
Feel. The perspective gets reset to the Java view and all my customizations
get removed. The perspective switcher looses it's history as does the
workspace switcher. My Window layout also get's completely reset. I'm not
sure if this is an issue with Eclipse or if it has to do with the Subclipse
update. I'm using Eclipse 3.2 M5 and just updated to Subclipse 1.0.1. I
don't have any other plugins installed.

The process:
I go to Help -> software updates -> find / install -> Search for updates

After the update process goes through I'm asked to restart, which I do. When
it comes up again everything is as if a new Install was done.

Has anyone else had issues similiar to this?

Any ideas on perhaps a setting I have messed up somewhere?

Thanks,
Eric
