Ok, here is, what I did to reproduce the problem.

I am working with eclipse 3.1.2, subclipse 1.0.0 (last version via update-manager).

- create a new Java project (SVNTest8) and select finish
- right mouse click on the project->team -> share Project
- Select "SVN", select repository (my subversion version is 1.2.3-2 opensuse, running on a server), finish
- select all elements for initial import ".classpath", ".project", OK
- right mouse click on project -> new -> folder -> "myDir" -> finish
- right mosue click on "myDir" -> new -> class -> "AAA" -> finish
- right mouse click on project -> team -> synchronize with repository (switch to synchronize view)
- right mouse click on changes -> commit (select all) -> OK
- back to Java-view/perspective
- right mouse click on "myDir" -> delete -> select "yes"

Now, you have the described requester. Selecting "no" will abort the delete. Selecting "yes" will result in the refactoring error.

Hope this helps
best regards
Volker
