Probably/possibly. The Create Patch option has been in Subclipse since
some of the earliest releases. I have never looked at the code before.
Taking a quick look in debug it looks like the normal JavaHL processing
would only be able to handle it if it manipulated the current directory so
that it could do a relative comparison.

It would be a good candidate for someone to work on and submit a patch.
