You can use the Quick Diff feature if you want the diff of your local
edits vs. base revision. Otherwise, you have to right-click on file and
either do Team -> Show in Resource History or the Compare with -> Revision
option.

The decorators show it, the Team -> Show Pending Operations view shows it
and the Synchronize view will show it.

You just have to select the Project itself or a parent folder. You do not
have to select the files. Same would be true from the Synchronize view.
