well, I am *quite* confident that no one deleted the file in between like you
describe. We are working in a team of 3, and at the time in question there were
only 2. Also, If I look at the server side of things (I am using trac, which
interfaces directly to svn on the server), there is no commits in between, and
certainly no remove on the file in question.

This seems to be a client-only issue
