Hi Barry!

    I don't think it's an issue with the source, but I could be wrong.

I'm not sure how users and owners of files are handled in the repo (for
example, you commit the file as jdoe (with only jdoe having write
access), check it out as bob -- does bob own the files now locally, or
does jdoe still own the files?) I'm pretty much the sole developer at my
institution using the repo, so this issue hasn't come up. :-) But
something makes me lean more towards something like that vs. a problem
in the source.

Maybe see who the owner of the file is, see if you can take ownership
and then commit the newly owned files over the previously un-owned files.

Something like that maybe.

I really don't know but I like to whistle in the dark. =]
