Red circle. Each of the directories was marked as read-only. I changed
those, but I had to open/close the project for the annotations to be
removed. However, the annotation at the project-level remains. I'll keep
poking around till I find out why.

Interesting is that in the windows properties dialog, all my folders and
files are marked as read-only. I can toggle it off, but it is still set
next time I open the windows properties dialog. (Soon, really soon,
linux will be my desktop.....)
