[Subclipse-users] Subclipse: svn: Connection is read-only

Hi,

I am new to both subversion and subclipse. I have subclipse version
1.2 and have subclipse the latest version.

I have added the SVN repository in Eclipse (version3.1.1) using "Add
a new SVN Repository". The Dialog box for this window does not have any
entry field except the URL in it. I do not get a prompt for any userid
or password.

I want to be able to commit to the repository and I can not. I have
tried both SVN interfaces JavaHL and JavaSVN.

When I attempt to commit a file I get svn: Connection is read-only

  I would appreciate any help.

  A.
