Ok... so that is good... I will check into the "api" level commands some
more. I guess the way we will handle this then is that if a developer
accidently does something like delete something they shouldn't we will just
have them IM the release manager and have that person do the restore.

Perhaps that would be the best way to go then. I really don't want to start
building an elaborate permissions scheme if it is that easy to restore.
